Ensure your device supports eSIMs and that you're connected to Wi-Fi. Restart your phone and try the activation process again.
Make sure roaming is enabled and you've selected the eSIM as your data line. Some devices also require a manual network selection.
Most eSIMs are one-time use for security reasons. Contact support if you need a reissue.
Ensure the QR code is clearly visible and not cropped. Clean your camera lens and scan in good lighting. You can also request a new one via support.
