These Terms govern your access to and use of all Esimora products and services, including mobile applications, web platforms, and any connectivity-related products provided (“Services”).
By registering for an account, purchasing an eSIM package, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.

Esimora is a service designed exclusively for individual end users who wish to use eSIM technology for personal travel, roaming, or short-term mobile data needs.
Business use is not permitted. Esimora does not support bulk or commercial use by businesses, resellers, or telecom partners unless explicitly authorised through a written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services.
Esimora provides digital eSIM packages that users can browse, purchase, and activate directly from their mobile devices. Available plans may vary based on:
To access the full range of Esimora Services, you are required to create an account by email address and a secure password.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.
Esimora disclaims liability for loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account. Please notify our support team immediately in case of suspected account breach.
After a successful payment, you will receive a unique QR code with all necessary instructions for eSIM installation and activation.
Each eSIM is for one-time use on a single device only. It cannot be reinstalled, reused, or transferred to another device.
If you delete the eSIM, perform a factory reset, or change phone settings, the eSIM may become permanently unusable.
Esimora does not provide refunds or replacements in such cases. It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility before purchase.
Your account dashboard displays active packages, remaining data, and validity periods.
Actual data usage is recorded by our network partners and may differ slightly from device indicators.
Esimora is not responsible for unexpected data consumption due to background applications, OS updates, or third-party activity on the device.
-All purchases are final and non-refundable, with the exception of rare technical issues such as:

Refund requests may require supporting evidence such as screenshots or error messages.
